What is still running after a late landing

Late at night the choices narrow. Scheduled public transport runs to a timetable that does not care when your flight actually lands, and the last services of the night can be gone before you clear biosecurity. The taxi rank is the visible fallback, but when two or three long-haul flights land within the same half hour, the queue grows faster than the cars arrive.

Do you operate all night at Auckland Airport?

Does a late-night pickup cost more?

A 10% night loading applies between 8pm and 6am. It is included in the quote you see before you pay, so the number does not move afterwards no matter how busy the night turns out to be.

What happens if my flight is delayed by several hours?

We track the flight number you give us and move the pickup to the actual landing time, early or late, at no extra cost.

Where exactly do I meet the driver?

Inside the arrivals area with a name board if you ask for one, or at the marked pickup zone — your driver messages you with the exact spot as you land, so you are not reading airport signage while jet-lagged.

Can I pay cash when I arrive?

No — booking is paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and a GST receipt is emailed automatically. There is nothing to settle with the driver at 2am.

Can you take us to another town straight from the airport at night?
